Physical Balance

How To Bring Balance To Your Body!!!!

You have a great gift that you have been given, your physical health!

If you live long enough, you may face challenges with your health. If you are currently healthy, vibrant and able to do all you wish for yourself, thank your lucky stars!

As you know I usually cared for people that had become ill. I felt my job was to provide the best care and the hope that wellness was ahead for each patient. I saw great success in this method for over 30 years.

As I increased my study into the human body, I began to recognize, that for many people it was not necessary for them to be sick. I questioned if they chose illness either directly or indirectly by their lifestyle.

When I analyzed professionals that became ill, I recognized that they did not pay attention to potential warning signals that their body was giving them.

Early on I want to identify the first warning signal: Fatigue!!!! Especially in women, we see this symptom occur in their early 30s. We blame it on our jobs, our kids, our husbands or worry. But, fatigue which goes unrecognized in most medical communities; is a major warning signal. I believe that it can be the first symptom of the body becoming out of balance.

Physical health is directly related to mental health, which I will address in another section. When, I first read about this in the late 1980s, I was a little appalled when I recognized that my migraine headaches were directly related to stress. I would develop a migraine when I needed a day off. Something I did not give myself very much at that time, because I was the Director of Nursing in a large clinic.

The first step in finding Physical Balance, is knowing your own body. How do you do that?

Ask yourself this question: When have I felt my very best?

Evaluating areas of your life is how we find physical balance.

Look at these areas in your life:

Sleep-7-8 hours per night Diet-What and when do I eat? Am I happy? Do I make enough money? Am I lonely? Do I have something to look forward too? Do I like myself? Do I have energy to do the things I want? Am I tired all the time? Do I know what makes me feel good? If my diet is poor, do I use supplements to bring balance? Do I make time to laugh? What is missing that I need to add to make myself vibrant and healthy?

There is Scientific Proof that the human species is drawn to a healthy partner. Haven’t you seen people be attracted to partners that weren’t particularly beautiful? The chemical attraction is to a healthy partner for procreation. Doesn’t it make sense, to get your physical body healthy so you can enjoy healthy relationships?

The Human Body was created with checks and balances built in to heal itself. When the body begins to have illnesses these are warning signals that you are out of balance.

As I have said before you are as unique as snowflakes, so what brings one body back in balance may not be what works for you. Know your own body and use the information that is provided at this website to compare with your health. You may just find the tiny twist that will bring your Body back into BALANCE!
